Off-campus accommodation information, off-campus tenancy advice and off-campus housing database

Monash Residential Services aims to inform and educate students and staff about their housing options and tenancy rights and responsibilities, by providing an "Off Campus Housing Information Service" at the following campuses; Berwick, Caulfield, Clayton, Gippsland, Peninsula and Parkville.

This service will provide information and resources specifically related to off campus housing. These resources include links to Fact Sheets provided by Tenants Union of Victoria, Consumer Affairs Victoria and access to our off-campus Housing Database.

Finding suitable accommodation can take considerable time and effort. We recommend that you arrive at least two weeks prior to Orientation to ensure that you have enough time to find a suitable place to live. If you are an international student, ISS can arrange airport reception and temporary accommodation on your behalf whilst you look for long term housing.

Please note: Most of the links in this page will open in a new browser as they are external links.
