Information and Assistance
The Off-Campus Housing Advisory Service, offered by Monash Residential Services, assists students and staff by providing off-campus housing information and advice.
Representatives from Monash Residential Services are based across Victorian campuses at various scheduled times, and are available to provide specialised information on your renting rights. Common areas of dispute are:
- Disputes about bonds
- Getting repairs done
- Privacy
- Rent increases
- Breaking a lease
- Notices to vacate
- Other housing related problems
