Maintenance

Individual maintenance requests should be reported as soon as the fault or damage is realised by one of the following methods:

The maintenance of the residential areas is provided by Facilities and Services and independent contractors.

Maintenance work is carried out for various reasons, and this could include;

  • works that result from new initiatives
  • routine maintenance
  • emergency maintenance
  • capital works maintenance; i.e. refurbishments etc
  • individual maintenance requests

Emergency After Hours Maintenance

Emergency after hours' maintenance should be reported immediately to your Residential Advisor/Supervisor or Monash Security who will contact the appropriate Facilities and Services staff.
