Beddoe Ave. Kitchen

The units at Clayton Road and the houses at Beddoe Avenue are fully self contained and appropriately furnished. Both the properties have a heating and cooling system. The daily rate is inclusive of utilities. Every property has a telephone, however visitors need to purchase telephone cards for Interstate and International calls. Visitors need to make their own arrangements for internet via a service provider. All the properties are fitted with a 51cm television and a multizone DVD player in the lounge. The master bedrooms have a small television.

All bedding and linen is provided, including spare sheets, pillows, towels and blankets. Additional folding beds, baby baths and baby cots can be supplied by prior arrangement. Charges will apply.

The kitchen is adequately equipped with a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. There is a communal laundry at the units (free-of-charge). The house at Beddoe Avenue has it's own washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.

Maintenance work at the properties is looked after by Monash Residential Services.
